The UNO Counseling and Career Center offers psycho-educational/mental health screenings addressing a variety of concerns every fall and spring semester. All screenings are FREE to UNO students, faculty, and staff. Counselors will be present to administer the screening instruments and distribute relevant information and/or provide referrals for appropriate services.
Would you like to feel less stressed? These free relaxation sessions are open to students, faculty, and staff and offer a combination of progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery to combat tension and stress.
