Client Feedback Survey

If you are or have been a Counseling Center Client and want to provide anonymous feedback, please fill out our Client Feedback Survey. All information collected will be used by Counseling Services for research purposes. The research will help us to better serve the UNO student body.

All counseling services are completely confidential to the limits provided by law, and no information can be released, within or outside of the University, without the individual's written consent. The staff adheres to the ethical guidelines of the professional associations to which they belong.
